Key Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement

Drive life insurance sales in the assigned bank branches.

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Relationship Management

Build robust rapport with bank branch staff and motivate them to generate leads.

Conduct regular training and joint fieldwork with bank employees.

Lead Management

Follow up on leads generated through branch walk-ins, referrals, and campaigns.

Convert leads into policy sales using need-based selling techniques.

Customer Service

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing appropriate product recommendations and after-sales support.

Handle post-sale documentation and customer queries.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure adherence to company and bank compliance guidelines.

Maintain MIS and submit timely reports on performance metrics and activities.
