Job Title: Relationship Manager – Motor Dealer Channel

Location: Ahmedabad

CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA + Incentives

We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to drive motor insurance business through automobile dealer partners in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing dealer relationships, increasing business volumes, and ensuring achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive motor insurance business through assigned car and two-wheeler dealerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer partners.
- Generate new business opportunities and maximize dealer productivity.
- Achieve revenue, premium, and profitability targets.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and provide product and process support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, renewals, and claim assistance.




- Monitor dealer performance and implement business growth strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer and dealer satisfaction.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in insurance, banking, NBFC, or automobile dealer channel sales.
- Solid communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
