Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Target Achievement:
- Drive life insurance sales in the assigned bank branches.

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Relationship Management:

- Build robust rapport with bank branch staff and motivate them to generate leads.

- Conduct regular training and joint fieldwork with bank employees.

- Lead Management:

- Follow up on leads generated through branch walk-ins, referrals, and campaigns.

- Convert leads into policy sales using need-based selling techniques.

- Customer Service:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing appropriate product recommendations and after-sales support.

- Handle post-sale documentation and customer queries.

- Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure adherence to company and bank compliance guidelines.

- Maintain MIS and submit timely reports on performance metrics and activities.
