What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the cornerstone of our client experience - driving clear communication, managing timelines, and delivering results under tight deadlines. From onboarding to final delivery, your job is to ensure clients feel seen, supported, and confident at every step.

Client Relationship Management

- Be the primary point of contact for clients: responsive, reliable, and solutions oriented.
- Understand client needs and deliver customized, thoughtful support.

CRM & Pipeline Management
- Own the CRM - track progress, milestones, and touchpoints with precision.




- Stay ahead of project timelines with proactive communication and follow-through.
- Anticipate delays or roadblocks and solve them before they escalate.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders to keep projects moving.
- Source, manage, and maintain a dependable vendor network across Delhi and beyond.
- Handle quotes, contracts, and deliverables with speed and accuracy- even when the pressure’s on.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5–6 years in a client-facing role (real estate, fintech, prop-tech, PR, hospitality, or advertising are all great fits).

Skills:

Strong client-servicing instincts with excellent communication skills.

Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple tasks and tight timelines.

Proficient in CRM tools and project tracking.

Confident handling ambiguity and a fast-paced startup environment.
