Roles & Responsibilities
- Acquire recent liability customers through effective outreach,cold calling , referrals & walk in.
- Ensure high levels of customer engagement , retention and satisfaction through timely and productive service.
- Act as a single point of contact for the customer's banking requirements, resolving queries effeciency.
