About the Role

Greyrock Real Estate is looking for enthusiastic and ambitious freshers to join our team as Relationship Managers. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have strong English communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are interested in building a career in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inquiries from prospective property buyers and investors.
- Understand customers’ property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Explain property projects, locations, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
- Schedule and conduct property/project visits with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into successful property transactions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated about market trends, new projects, and real estate developments.




- Provide qualified and timely service throughout the customer journey.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking with clients.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Candidates with a passion for sales, real estate, and customer relationship management will be preferred.
