Job Title: Relationship Manager – Collections
Department: Retail Asset Collections / Collections & Recovery
Location: Kolkata
Job Purpose:
To manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and ensure effective recovery of dues through strategic follow-up, negotiation, and relationship management, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in collections, recovery, or retail banking
- Field collection experience and familiarity with local geography preferred
- Two-wheeler with license (for field roles)
