Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized
- Handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately
- Manage inventory, restocking, and stock checks
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively
- Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and loyalty programs
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements:
- 0-1+ years of experience in retail or sales (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS (preferred but not mandatory)
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
