Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching and Training

Deliver sessions on Spoken English, Soft Skills, and Employability Skills

Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods

2. Student Engagement

Encourage student participation through role plays, group work, and presentations

Maintain a positive and supportive classroom setting

3. Mentorship and Guidance

Support students in building confidence and improving communication

Guide learners in career planning and workplace readiness

4. Lesson Planning

Prepare daily lesson plans as per the FEA curriculum

Organize learning activities and classroom tasks

5. Assessment and Feedback

Monitor student progress regularly

Provide constructive feedback for improvement

6. Classroom Management

Maintain discipline and ensure smooth learning sessions

Promote respectful behavior and teamwork

7. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain attendance records and student performance reports

Coordinate with the academy team for updates and program improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹34,515.04 per month
