We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage client communication, assist customers with account-related queries, and ensure smooth service support.
This role involves handling existing clients, guiding them through processes, and maintaining proper records — not a hardcore sales role.

Job Details

Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai (Work From Office)

Experience Required: Relevant experience in Demat / Insurance / Financial Services
Incentives: Up to ₹30,000 + Fixed Salary

This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Kharghar (Navi Mumbai), Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Demat & insurance-related queries
- Guide customers through account processes and documentation
- Resolve customer issues politely and professionally
- Maintain proper records and update client details in the system
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
- Follow up with clients for completion of processes




- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Patience and problem-solving ability
- Organized and detail-oriented working style
- Ability to handle multiple clients calmly

Preferred Background
- Experience in Demat Account / Insurance / BFSI / Financial Services
- Client handling or support experience
- Freshers with relevant internship knowledge can also apply
