Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom mechanical systems for test benches, prototypes, and special machinery.
- Perform mechanical calculations (structural, fatigue, thermal, vibration, tolerance stack-up, etc.).
- Define and size mechanical components (frames, shafts, supports, couplings, fasteners, etc.).
- Develop detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
- Conduct FEA simulations to validate structural integrity and optimize designs.




- Collaborate with electrical and control engineers for full system integration.
- Participate in design reviews and technical validation meetings.
- Support prototype assembly and testing phases, analyzing results and proposing improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation: calculation reports, technical specifications, risk assessments, and design dossiers.
- Interface with suppliers for technical discussions and component selection.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and relevant engineering standards.
