Key Responsibilities1. E-commerce Operations (Online)
- Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.
- Process orders, returns, cancellations, and claims
- Monitor seller dashboards for penalties, SLA breaches, and performance metrics
- Update stock levels and pricing on marketplaces
- Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch and pickups

2. Warehouse Operations (Physical Handling)
- Handle receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
- Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and documentation (invoice, shipping labels)
- Maintain warehouse hygiene and storage standards
- Manage courier handover and shipment tracking

3. Inventory Management & Reconciliation




- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel
- Conduct daily/weekly stock counts and resolve discrepancies
- Align physical stock with marketplace and system stock
- Track damaged, expired, and returned inventory

4. Process Control & Reporting
- Follow SOPs for packing, dispatch, and returns
- Prepare daily dispatch, stock, and operational reports
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements

Pay: ₹10,057.99 - ₹20,000.00 per month
