About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software
- Develop 3D models, part drawings, assembly drawings, and layout drawings for fabrication projects
- Create detailed fabrication drawings for: Sheet metal components, MS/SS plates, Square & rectangular hollow tube sections
- Conceptualize and design sub-assemblies based on project requirements
- Prepare and verify Bill of Materials (BOM) with specifications
- Identify material specifications, make/type selection, and modification drawings
- Manage drawing revisions and maintain proper documentation control:
- Coordinate with production and project teams for design clarifications and execution support




- Ensure drawings comply with fabrication standards and project requirements

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience is required
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo / Inventor/Revitt (or equivalent CAD software)
- Experience in fabrication drawing standards and practices
- Understanding of sheet metal development and structural fabrication concepts
- Good knowledge of material specifications and fabrication processes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Good coordination and communication skills
