Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-consistent designs that enhance the hotel’s identity, marketing campaigns, guest communication, and promotional activities. This role supports the Sales, F&B;, Events, and Digital Marketing teams by developing creative materials aligned with the hotel’s positioning and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Branding
- Design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, standees, banners, and advertisements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all hotel communication materials.
- Develop promotional creatives for seasonal offers, packages, and events.
- Create visual concepts aligned with luxury, resort, and hospitality branding aesthetics.

2. Digital Media Design
- Design social media posts, reel covers, stories, and digital campaigns.
- Optimize designs for Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and OTA platforms.

3. Food & Beverage Support
- Design restaurant menus, bar menus, tent cards, buffet labels, and table displays.
- Create promotional creatives for brunches,



festivals, and special dining events.
- Update menu layouts based on pricing or seasonal changes.

4. Event & Sales Collateral
- Design wedding packages, corporate proposals, conference kits, and event branding materials.
- Create signage for conferences, weddings, and in-house events.
- Support banquet and sales teams with customized client presentations.

5. Photography & Visual Content (preferred)
- Perform basic photo editing and retouching.
- Coordinate with photographers or create in-house visual content.
- Maintain and organize the hotel’s image library.

6. Printing & Production Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure print quality and correct specifications.
- Prepare print-ready files with accurate sizing and color formats.
- Maintain design archives, templates, and brand assets.
