Role Overview

The Legal Intern will assist the Legal & Compliance team in managing contracts, vendor agreements, intellectual property matters, regulatory compliance, and internal documentation. This role offers hands-on exposure to in-house legal operations within a fast-paced marketing and digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts including:
○ Client agreements

○ Vendor contracts

○ NDAs

○ Service agreements

○ Influencer and talent contracts
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, IP, advertising, and data protection laws.




- Support compliance tracking and regulatory documentation.
- Maintain and organize contract databases and legal records.
- Assist in reviewing marketing campaigns from a regulatory and risk perspective.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, clarifications, and contract execution.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal team as required.

Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year LLB (3-year or 5-year course) students who are available to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship.
- Strong understanding of contract law and corporate/commercial law.
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Prior internship experience with a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Basic understanding of intellectual property, advertising, and data protec
