About the Chance

This is an excellent chance for fresh IT graduates to start their career with a reputed government institute and gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT support operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level or specialized support teams.
- Maintain accurate records of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Provide guidance and basic IT training to users.
- Ensure timely ticket resolution in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Follow IT policies,



security standards, and operational procedures.

Skills & Competencies Required
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and desktop troubleshooting.
- Understanding of hardware components and fundamental networking concepts.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
