Position: Food & Beverage Executive
Department: Operations / Food & Beverage
Reports To: F&B; Manager / Outlet Manager

Role Overview

The F&B; Executive is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction while supporting revenue and cost control goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day F&B; operations across service areas
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle customer feedback professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
- Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per company and regulatory guidelines
- Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and wastage reduction
- Train and mentor service staff on SOPs and service etiquette
- Support promotions, menu launches, and special events
- Prepare daily reports and assist in achieving sales targets

Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in F&B; service or operations




- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Customer-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

Role Overview

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while delivering friendly, efficient, and consistent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages to brand standards
- Operate coffee machines and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, counter, and service area
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health
