Key Responsibilities:
- Source and improve raw materials for production.
- Forecast material needs and manage budgets.
- Develop sourcing strategies and analyse market trends.
- Approve fabrics, prints, and lab dips.
- Resolve fabric issues with factories.
- Ensure timely production and deliveries.
- Maintain fabric records and negotiate vendor terms.
- Ensure 3rd party testing and client updates.
- Ensure compliance with company standards.

Key Qualifications:




- Bachelor’s degree or related field
- 2+ years of experience in garment fabric merchandising.

Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs, and documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Cooperative team player with cross-functional experience.
- Proficient in order and documentation management software.
