Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience handling Submission of VISA Application
- Preparation of Checklist
- Meeting all the targets set by the client and management.
- Well versed with Handling Corporate queries.
- Good in English speaking & drafting
- In-depth understanding of global immigration and embassy/consulate regulations
- Experience handling corporate and business travel visa cases and knowledge of compliance, risk management, and audit requirements
- Ability to manage high-volume and time-sensitive visa operations and robust documentation review and quality control skills
- Experience with visa tracking systems, case management tools,



and automation
- Vendor coordination and payment management (VFS, embassies, agents)
- Strong focus on data confidentiality and information security
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks related to visa rejections, delays, or non-compliance
- Ability to handle escalations and sensitive cases diplomatically
