Ktein Biotech Private Limited is a quick-growing, women-led plant-based haircare and styling brand based in Ahmedabad. We specialize in 100% plant-based, alcohol-free, and silicone-free formulations powered by advanced Korean biotech technology.

We are seeking a motivated Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and grow our influencer collaborations across Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with beauty and lifestyle influencers (10K-500K followers)
- Manage barter and paid influencer collaborations
- Negotiate rates and finalize commercial agreements
- Track influencer campaign performance and ROI
- Maintain influencer database using Excel or CRM tools
- Coordinate product dispatch and campaign briefs
- Collaborate with content and performance marketing teams
- Monitor industry trends and competitor influencer activities

Required Skills and Qualifications




- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer ecosystem
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
- Interest in beauty and haircare industry
- Creative mindset with understanding of digital trends

Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for influencer marketing are encouraged to apply.

Experience
- 0-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related field
- Internship experience will be considered

Salary

₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month
