Job Title: Content Strategist

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives
- Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Ideate campaign concepts, content themes, and storytelling angles
- Collaborate with design, performance marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Oversee copywriting, captions, scripts, and campaign messaging
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategy accordingly
- Identify trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to refine content direction
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and communication across all touchpoints
- Work closely with influencers, creators, and agency partners (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or brand communication
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills




- Ability to think creatively while aligning with business KPIs
- Solid analytical mindset with experience using insights and performance data
- Experience in D2C, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands preferred
- Can work in coordination with the marketing and creative teams.
