Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales MIS & Operations Support Executive to manage sales reporting, streamline processes, and support the sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly sales data.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
- Track sales KPIs including leads, conversions, and regional performance.
- Support sales operations by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Assist in process improvements and automation of reporting.

Desired Profile
- Graduate in Commerce/Business/IT (MBA preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales MIS or Sales Operations.
- Solid MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems; Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
