Hiring for Account Manager (Voice Process)

Work Location:
- Bangalore ( Manyata Tech Park Hebbal.)

Qualification:
- PUC.

Language Preference:
- Excellent Communication in English with marati and hindi

Experience:
- Min 1 year exp in sales/ Pre-sales

Shift time:
- General

Salary:
- up to 30k CTC or based on current salary+ lunch

Working days : 6 days working.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

-

1. Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

2. Accurately recording details of customers & purchase orders

3. Processing all customer purchases accordingly

4. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue

5. Managing customer accounts by ensuring timely follow-ups

6. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

7.



Using sales scripts preferred by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections

8. Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales

Desired Skills:
- 1.Excellent communication skills Written & Verbal in English

2.Should be adaptable for Voice process (Sales)

3.Work as per business requirements

4. Should have experience in sales and integrity.
