Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Provide clients with updates on project milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Resolve client queries or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.




- Support cross-functional teams in client-related activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and updates in CRM.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.

Skills & Competencies

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong understanding of finance and advisory services (MBA in Finance preferred)
✔ Client-focused, proactive, and service-oriented attitude
✔ Good organizational and time-management skills
✔ Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
✔ Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✔ Experience with CRM tools is a plus
