The Store Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating staff activities, and delivering excellent customer service. This role acts as a bridge between store staff and management to ensure operational efficiency and a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily store operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising and supporting store staff
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and organized
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual standards
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports




- Coordinate promotional activities and in-store events
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and tracking attendance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications-
- 1-3 years of retail or store operations experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office software
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Basic Knowledge of Taxes

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
