Product Development & Engineering:
- Lead or support the development of automotive components machined through CNC and VMC technologies.
- Translate customer requirements and CAD models into manufacturable solutions.
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for recent product introductions.

CNC and VMC Machine Operation:
- Hands-on experience in operating, programming (G-code/M-code), and setting up CNC and VMC machines.
- Develop and validate machining processes, tooling setups, and fixture designs.
- Troubleshoot on-machine issues related to accuracy, tool wear, or surface finish.

Engineering Drawing Knowledge:
- Proficient in reading and creating machining drawings using CAD software.
- Strong understanding of GD&T;, tolerances, and surface finish requirements.
- Ensure that drawings meet manufacturability and industry standards.

Auto Component Manufacturing:
- Practical experience with machining automotive components like housings, brackets, engine or transmission parts.
- Knowledge of automotive-grade materials and machining parameters.




- Familiar with industry practices and customer requirements (OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers).

Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure machined parts meet dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
- Work with QA teams to resolve non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Support documentation for PPAP, APQP, and audit readiness.

Process Optimization:
- Assist in optimizing cycle times, reducing tooling costs, and improving efficiency.
- Contribute to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.

Team Support & Project Coordination:
- Support junior engineers, CNC operators, and technicians.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.
- Interface with customers and vendors for technical discussions when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
