Job Title: Tally Operator + Billing Executive
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Tally Mandatory)
Experience: 1-2 Years

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send customer invoices for services and completed projects
- Enter and maintain accounting data in Tally accurately
- Generate invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and related documents in Tally
- Verify job reports and service records before billing
- Maintain billing records, customer accounts, and payment tracking details
- Reconcile sales, receipts, and ledger accounts in Tally
- Follow up with clients for pending payments
- Coordinate with Finance team for billing discrepancies or payment issues
- Ensure invoices comply with company policies and statutory requirements (GST, TDS)




- Prepare billing, collection, and MIS reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years experience in billing/accounting role
- Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Valuable communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹10,294.09 - ₹20,000.00 per month
