Job Summary:
We are hiring Telecalling Executives for Home Loan / Credit Card process. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their requirements, and connecting interested clients to the concerned team for further processing.

This is not a field job. It is an in-office telecalling profile.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Introduce home loan / credit card services
- Identify if the customer is looking for financial products
- Understand basic requirement and eligibility
- Transfer or assign interested customers to the concerned team
- Maintain call records and daily follow-up data
- Achieve daily calling targets

Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Telecalling / BFSI experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication can also apply
- Comfortable with target-based environment
- Basic computer knowledge
