We are an institutional F&B; organisation providing end-to end solutions for universities, hospitals, corporates, etc. (Kiosks, major meals, cafe's, events, etc)

The Pre - Requisites are as follows:
- Should be from the F&B; space (no particular niche)
- Have 5+ years of experience
- Understand f&b; basic operations (service quality, importance of staff training, dealing with clients, basic FSSAI & HACCP knowledge, etc)
- Flexible in terms of location placement & working hours
- Should have sound knowledge on "food costs"
- Capability of curating Basic & VIP Events (including costing of menus in collaboration with site chefs)

Basic Expectations:
- Routine weekly / Bi -Monthly Audits of 3-5 client sites (ensuring staff hygiene, food quality, taste, consistency, client satisfaction, VOW staff grievances, etc)
- Ensuring company protocols & checklists are duly being followed by site executives, the same will be well briefed to the executive in advance
- Act as the primary operational link between HO and assigned client sites




- Identify gaps and corrective actions during audits and ensure closure within defined timelines
- Monitor food cost adherence at site level and flag deviations proactively
- Support site teams in staff training, grooming, discipline and service improvement
- Handle basic client coordination & issue resolution, escalating critical matters to management when required
- Coordinate with central teams (procurement, HR, finance) for smooth day to day operations
- Assist in event execution (basic & VIP) including on-ground coordination, quality checks and post event feedback
- Maintain basic reporting (audit reports, site feedback, action trackers) and share updates as per reporting structure

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
