Role Overview

The OMCR skilled is responsible for real-time monitoring, coordination, and control of field operations, ensuring smooth functioning of sites/equipment, quick fault response, and service continuity. The role acts as a central communication hub between field teams, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities Monitoring & Control
- Monitor network/sites/equipment through monitoring systems (SCADA/NMS/BMS/Alarm panels).
- Track alarms, outages, and performance parameters in real time.
- Ensure uptime and availability targets are met.

Fault Management
- Identify, log, and classify faults based on severity.
- Raise trouble tickets and assign to field engineers/vendors.
- Follow up until resolution and closure.
- Escalate critical issues as per escalation matrix.

Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
