About the Role
We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Social Media & Content Executive who can help us build an active and engaging presence across our social media platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of social media, content creation, Canva and AI tools, along with valuable writing skills and a willingness to experiment with new ideas.
Key Responsibilities
Social media: Manage regular posting, maintain a simple content calendar and help improve engagement across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Content & Copy: Write engaging captions, social media posts and short-form content based on company updates, products and industry topics.
Basic Design: Create simple social media creatives, carousels, banners and other content using Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator or any other tool
AI & Content Ideas: Use AI tools to research, brainstorm and improve content,



and come up with fresh ideas for social media.

What We're Looking For
Good written English and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools.
Comfortable using AI tools for creating the content.
Creative mindset and ability to come up with new ideas.
Willingness to learn, experiment and take feedback.
Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

Better engagement and interaction on our platforms.
Fresh content ideas and improved quality of posts.
Ability to independently create a post from idea → copy → design → publishing.
