About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative NPD (New Product Development)

Manager to lead the design, development, and launch of products in the personal

care, hygiene, and wellness categories. The ideal candidate will have a strong

background in global product development, vendor management, and an

understanding of consumer trends in the US and UK markets.

This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage the entire lifecycle — from

concept to commercialization — ensuring that every product reflects innovation,





quality, and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end NPD for categories including adult diapers, sanitary pads,

washroom solutions, personal care appliances, home hygiene, sexual

wellness products, and massagers.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends

and product opportunities in domestic and international (US/UK) markets.

Manage vendor development, negotiations, and relationships to ensure

timely production and cost-effective sourcing.

Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D;, marketing, quality, design, and

supply chain teams for seamless project execution.

Oversee product testing, packaging, and regulatory approvals to meet

international quality and safety standards.

Maintain product documentation, costing sheets, and project timelines.
