The role will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns that build game awareness, player engagement, community participation, and business growth. You will work across social media, content marketing, creator/influencer partnerships, digital activations, community marketing, and campaign analytics to connect our games with India's diverse and rapidly evolving mobile gaming audience.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on digital marketer who combines creative thinking, solid execution skills, consumer insights, and data-driven decision-making. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders, and turning cultural trends and player insights into engaging marketing ideas.

Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within casual mobile gaming industry,
Proven experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, creator marketing, digital trends, and mobile-first audiences.




Hands-on experience working with agencies, creators, production partners, and vendors.
Strong understanding of Indian youth culture, internet culture, social media behavior, and gaming communities.
Ability to develop creative, culturally relevant, and insight-led campaign ideas.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good to Have
Experience working on casual, hyper-casual, puzzle, arcade, simulation, board, card, or social games.
Experience with game launches, live-ops campaigns, seasonal events, or player engagement campaigns.
