Prop-Partners LLP is a growing real estate consultancy specializing in rental, resale, and new residential properties in Pune. We focus on providing the best property solutions and excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients and properties/investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients and understand their investment requirements.
• Identify suitable property/investment options based on clients’ budget, goals, and preferences.
• Regularly follow up with clients and provide updates on new projects, pricing, offers, and market opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, presales, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.
• Track client interactions, leads, meetings, site visits, and conversions through CRM.
• Conduct client meetings and property/project presentations when required.




• Assist clients throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to booking and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and new launches.
• Achieve assigned monthly client retention, site visit, and sales/conversion targets.

Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and convincing ability
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of sales process
• Graduate / Undergraduate (any field)
• 1–3 years of experience
Salary & Benefits

• 30,000 – 45,000 per month (depends on interview & exp)
