ABOUT THE ROLE
Crystal Group is looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Technical Lead to take ownership of our entire technology ecosystem.
We currently operate 9+ internal systems across Order Management, Collections, Inventory, Leasing, HR, Incentives, Transport Billing and more. These systems work, but were built independently and now need stronger architecture, governance, integration and scalability.
This role is for someone who can architect, build, lead and modernize — all at once.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Own the architecture and technology roadmap across all internal systems.
• Personally build and ship frontend, backend, APIs and database solutions.
• Lead the modernization and integration of our 9+ internal applications.
• Build AI-powered features directly into core business processes.
• Own infrastructure, cloud, security, performance and system reliability.
• Lead and mentor the technical team while remaining hands-on.
• Identify technical debt and decide what to fix, rebuild,



integrate or retire.
• Build scalable technology foundations to support Crystal Group’s growth toward ₹200–300 crore.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 10+ years of strong software engineering experience.
• Proven experience building full-stack production applications.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, databases, APIs and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience leading developers while still writing production code.
• Practical experience with AI/LLMs and AI-powered applications.
• Ability to work with legacy systems and make smart modernization decisions.
• Strong product mindset — you care about how software works and how it feels.
• Someone who can turn business problems into scalable technology solutions.
