Bizinso is looking for a Business Development Manager – IT Software Solutions & Services Sales with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B technology sales, preferably within a custom software development, application development, digital transformation or IT services company.

This is a revenue-owning and target-driven sales role.

You will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, acquiring new clients, understanding business requirements, positioning appropriate technology solutions, managing the complete sales cycle, negotiating commercials and contracts, closing deals and subsequently growing assigned customer accounts.

This is not a lead-generation-only or relationship-management-only position. We are looking for someone capable of taking ownership from prospecting and qualification through solution selling, commercial negotiation, closure and account expansion.

What You Will Be Responsible For

New Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across mid-market and enterprise customers.




Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, partnerships and other relevant channels.
Research target companies, industries, decision-makers and business opportunities.
Engage with CXOs, founders, CIOs, CTOs, functional heads, business heads and other decision-makers.
Build and maintain a healthy qualified sales pipeline aligned with monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through defined sales stages.

Consultative & Solution Sales

Understand the client’s business, operational challenges, technology environment and desired outcomes before proposing a solution.
Conduct discovery meetings and requirement discussions with prospects and customers.
Position Bizinso’s services and solutions based on business value rather than simply selling development capacity.
