Role Description The Manager – Food and Beverage will oversee all F&B; operations at the property in Alappuzha, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction in line with CGH Earth’s sustainable ethos. This full time, on-site role includes managing restaurant and bar operations, supervising staff,



planning menus with an emphasis on fresh and local ingredients (including seafood), and enforcing food safety and hygiene standards. The manager will monitor service delivery, handle guest feedback, optimize costs and revenue, and coordinate with kitchen, front office, and other departments to provide a seamless guest experience. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, and supporting special events and promotions.
Qualifications
Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer service, with a track record of managing guest interactions and feedback constructively.
Solid knowledge of food service operations, including menu planning, restaurant workflow, and coordination between service and kitchen teams.
Demonstrated understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices, with ability to implement and monitor compliance.
Experience with seafood-foc
