About the Role

Responsive is looking for a product-minded Senior Software Engineer with solid technical leadership skills and a passion for architecting and building scalable, high-performance solutions. This is an opportunity to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the growth of a top-tier SaaS company in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing

Architect and Design Solutions: Take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining complex distributed systems, ensuring high performance,



scalability, and reliability.
Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and set best practices for software development.
Performance Tuning and Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize system efficiency, and ensure low-latency query responses.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including product managers, frontend engineers, and UX designers, to deliver seamless and intuitive experiences.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technologies, conducting research and experimentation to drive innovation. Lead discussions on adopting new technologies where applicable.
