We are looking for a Growth Marketing Strategist specializing in Discoverability (SEO/AEO) who can lead technical SEO and AI search initiatives for enterprise clients. The role focuses on improving organic visibility, AI search presence, and commercial discoverability while building scalable systems and processes that can be used across engagements.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical SEO and enterprise experience, hands-on expertise in AEO/GEO/AI search, experience managing complex websites and migrations, and the ability to work directly with senior enterprise stakeholders. The role also requires someone who can turn SEO expertise into repeatable, composable workflows rather than relying solely on individual execution.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Lead technical SEO and AI search initiatives for enterprise clients, covering crawlability, indexing, canonicalization, redirects, structured data, and AI crawler accessibility.

Conduct technical SEO audits and crawl analysis, including render diagnosis, index hygiene, CDN behavior, robots.txt, llms.txt,



and JavaScript-rendered content.

Lead SEO migrations and replatforming initiatives, including page retention, consolidation, retirement, and redirect strategy through launch.

Own AEO/GEO and AI search visibility initiatives across platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

Benchmark AI visibility by topic and market, with a focus on the commercial difference between being mentioned and being cited.

Perform keyword research, business-context research, competitor analysis, content and cannibalization analysis, and determine the appropriate search intent and topic for pages.

Develop and improve metadata, schema, structured data, and GEO optimization capabilities.

Build repeatable and composable SEO workflows that allow other team members to execute, critique, and improve discoverability work.
