Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical, creative, and execution-focused Growth & Brand Marketing
Manager to drive business growth across digital and offline channels. This role will be responsible for
building the Diamonds On Call brand globally, managing exhibitions and industry events, strengthening
our online presence, and creating innovative marketing initiatives that accelerate revenue growth.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and
can seamlessly blend performance marketing with strategic brand building.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram &
WhatsApp), LinkedIn, and SEO.
Build Click-to-WhatsApp acquisition funnels for direct customer engagement.
Manage paid campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads while optimizing CPL, CAC and ROAS.
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing creatives, blogs, videos,
landing pages, and marketing assets.




Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.

2. Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition
Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting jewellers,
manufacturers, wholesalers, and diamond traders.
Design targeted marketing campaigns based on customer personas, geography, industry
segments, and buying behaviour.
Build lead nurturing workflows and collaborate closely with the Sales team to improve
conversion rates.• Create cutting-edge strategies to generate qualified inbound and outbound leads.

3. Landing Pages & Marketing Automation
Design and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and lead magnets to maximize conversions.
Implement marketing automation workflows to push leads into CRM and WhatsApp platforms.
Manage lead nurturing campaigns using HubSpot, WATI, Gupshup, or similar marketing
automation tools.
