Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Lead to own the design, delivery, and support of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process within Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, with deep functional command of Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising (GOP), and Shipping.
This role leads a team of functional and technical consultants delivering implementations, rollouts, and enhancements, while acting as the primary point of accountability for solution quality, client relationships, and delivery timelines.
You'll bridge business process and system design, translating order fulfillment, pricing, promising, and logistics requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion configurations, while mentoring a team and engaging directly with client/business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Leadership
Lead end-to-end solution design across the Order-to-Cash cycle: order capture, pricing and discounting, order orchestration, global order promising/ATP, fulfillment, shipping, and integration to Receivables/Revenue Management.
Own configuration decisions for Order Management (order orchestration, workflows, order import), Advanced Pricing (pricing strategies, price lists, discounting rules)
