how software works, exploring different user scenarios, and finding what could go wrong.
As a QA Intern, you will work closely with QA Engineers and Developers to test web and mobile
solutions, identify defects, explore edge cases, and contribute to delivering reliable, high-quality
software.

Job Role: QA Intern
Location: NIBM, Pune
Employment Type: Internship + PPO

Responsibilities:
1. Understand assigned solutions, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria with guidance from the QA team.
2. Create, update, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
3. Perform functional, smoke, regression, and retesting activities.
4. Identify, reproduce, and document defects with clear steps, expected vs. actual results, and supporting evidence
5. Log and track defects using the team's designated issue-tracking tools.
6. Verify defect fixes and perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not by new changes
7. Test common user journeys, input validations,



error handling, and basic usability across browsers and web applications.
8. Collaborate with QA Engineers and Developers to clarify expected and observed application behavior
9. Execute assigned user stories and validate whether the implemented solution meets defined acceptance criteria
10. Support release-readiness checks and contribute to overall product quality.
11. Document test results, observations, and user acceptance outcomes as required.

Required Skills:
• Basic understanding of Software Testing and Quality Assurance principles.
• Knowledge of manual testing, including test-case design, test execution, defect reporting and retesting
• Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking with positive attention to detail.
• Curiosity to explore both expected and unexpected user behavior.
• Basic understanding of application development and supporting technol
