About The Role As programmes move from one district to several, each region needs somebody answerable for it.

As Regional Programme

Manager you will own delivery in your region: the deployment calendar, the training cadence, district and block relationships, and honest reporting on what is actually reaching children.

Key responsibilities

- Own programme delivery for your region, end to end.
- Run the deployment and training calendar across blocks.
- Hold district, block and institutional relationships.
- Manage field associates and screening logistics.
- Report coverage and quality without smoothing the numbers.
- Turn field reality into structured product and programme feedback.

What we’re looking for
- 4+ years in programme management, public health or education delivery.
- Working fluency in the language of the region — Gujarati, Odia or Telugu.




- Willingness to be based in the region rather than visiting it.
- Judgement to escalate early when a block is going wrong.
