Role Description The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities to support RTUL’s growing operations and technical teams. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves coordinating with department leaders to understand talent needs, drafting and posting job descriptions, and sourcing candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals. Day-to-day responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, scheduling and facilitating further interview rounds, and maintaining clear,



qualified communication with candidates.

The Recruiter will also manage offer negotiations, support onboarding processes, maintain recruitment data and reports, and contribute to employer branding and campus or industry outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines using job portals, social media, professional networks, and referral programs.
- Competence in stakeholder management, including collaborating with hiring managers, HR teams, and senior leadership on workforce planning.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and standard office productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and inclusive approach to candidate interaction.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Prior experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or technology-focused organizations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant recruitment or HR certifications are a plus.
