TA GRE Recruiter (Analyst / Senior Analyst)
Experience: 2–6 years
5 Days working ( Saturday & Sunday off)
Location-
- Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400083
Requirements: Non-IT recruitment, niche hiring, KPA/BPA management, insurance/reinsurance/claims hiring, ATS and Excel proficiency
- Source candidates (job portals, social media, vendors, referrals).
- Manage bulk hiring & niche roles (insurance/reinsurance/claims).
- Screen, interview & coordinate with hiring managers.
- Handle vendor management & recruitment drives.
- Roll out offers, negotiate, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain hiring reports, metrics & compliance.
