At LeadFreak, we’re looking for someone who knows where to find the right people, how to spot a good profile, and most importantly — how to start the right conversation.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Find and source candidates for US-based roles
- Search through LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
- Screen profiles and conduct initial conversations
- Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline
- Follow up with candidates and keep conversations moving
- Work with the team to understand hiring requirements

What We’re Looking For
- 6 months–1 year of recruitment experience




- US hiring exposure is a plus
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for sourcing
- Good eye for identifying relevant candidates
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment

Bonus Points If You
- Have used LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator
- Know your way around Boolean search
- Have worked with ATS/CRM tools
- Use AI tools to make sourcing and research smarter
