Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for various business requirements.Experience in real estate recruitment will be an added advantage.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references,



and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage multiple open positions and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly hiring MIS.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate the offer and joining process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Support employer branding and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
- Real estate recruitment experience is a plus.
- Candidates based in Bangalore preferred.
