Job Summary- We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to work with us in Learning & Development .

Roles and Responsibilities:

- To make sales team successful
- To conduct Induction Program for new joiners




- To conduct sales training / project training / soft skills training for new joiners & existing sales team
- To conduct selling skill workshops
- To make training calendar in consultation with business heads
- To make training dashboards

Qualification / Experience : Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Psychology , 3-5 years experience in sales training in any industry .

Skills:

- The ability to develop content for training .
- Robust negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good customer service skills
