Key responsibilities

- Conduct real estate market and micro-market research.
- Analyse supply, demand, rentals, capital values and market trends.
- Support feasibility studies, market assessments and business plans.
- Conduct comparable property and competitor analysis.
- Assist with financial modelling, cash flow projections, NPV and IRR.
- Undertake site visits and property assessments.
- Prepare market reports, presentations and client deliverables.
- Support senior consultants in providing strategic real estate recommendations.
- Interact with developers, brokers, clients and other market stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Management or related fields.
- Freshers/0–1 year experience.
- Robust Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Good analytical, communication and report-writing skills.
- Interest in real estate, market research and consulting.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits.
- Knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market will be an advantage.
