Position: R&D; Executive

Location: Daman

Experience: 4 - 5 Years

Industries Plastic

Responsibilities:

- Conduct R&D; activities on polymers, plastics, additives, and compounding.
- Develop and formulate new plastic products as per market and customer requirements.
- Improve existing products for better performance, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials and finished products for mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, and Marketing teams for product trials and validation.
- Maintain R&D; records, experiment reports, and product development documentation.
- Keep updated with new polymer technologies, market trends, and regulatory requirements.




- Ensure protected working practices and compliance with EHS standards during laboratory and pilot-scale activities.

Required skills:

- Knowledge of polymer materials, additives, compounding, and formulation.
- Hands-on experience in laboratory testing and product trials.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of plastic testing methods and quality standards.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.sc/M.sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 4.80 LPA
